Wedding portrait platter

What began as a small idea — a gift made for a beloved family member to commemorate a very special day — became something I knew I wanted to share with others.
 
These commemorative platters are made to celebrate the love, memories and milestones that make a wedding day so special. Whether gifted for a wedding, anniversary, or simply to mark a beautiful chapter in a couple’s story, each platter is lovingly made especially for you.
 
Carefully hand-plaited clay frames the oval surface, which is then hand-painted with a portrait of the couple from your chosen photograph. Surrounding the portrait are their names and wedding date, creating a timeless memento of a day that deserves to be remembered.
 
Painted in a delicate Delft blue style, each platter is entirely unique — a little portrait of a love story, made to be treasured for years to come.
 
The platter is designed to be displayed on the wall, and a spring-loaded wall-hanging fitting is included, ready for you to hang and enjoy.
 
A note on portraits
I will paint your portrait with as close a likeness as possible from the photograph provided. Please note that, as shown in the product images, the painted details will have a gentle degree of softness and blurring due to the nature of painting onto glazed pottery. This is part of the charm and character of the finished piece.
